TadikaPro
Preschool management system for taska and tadika
TadikaPro brings the day-to-day running of a childcare or preschool centre into one web system. Admins, teachers and parents each get the view they need, so records stay in one place instead of being spread across notebooks, chat groups and spreadsheets.
What it covers
Attendance
Teachers mark class attendance. Staff attendance and leave are recorded in the same system.
Staff and payroll
Teacher profiles and accounts, leave, payroll and claims, managed by the centre admin.
Lesson planning
Teachers are assigned to their classes and record RPA and RPH directly in TadikaPro.
Finance
The Kewangan module covers fee payments and payment vouchers. Admins record payments or approve those submitted by parents.
Parent app
Parents use the TadikaPro mobile app. Accounts are set up by the centre, so only enrolled families have access.

Every subscription includes unlimited users, online training and ongoing support.
